its fake... its an artwork but i cant remember who its by but i had to study his work at school and alot of his art is so much weirder than this... hope this helps. xx
Yes it's fake silly. I forgot the artist also. I think he did it to show the bad effects on human cloning or animal slicing. Mixing human with animal dna or something. It does look like something out of a weird sci-fi movie.
